Frequently asked questions
How does my reading arrive?
Your reading arrives here in your Etsy messages. Standard and Extra Detailed readings come as a written message; Premium readings come as a PDF you can save and keep. Nothing is posted, so there is no parcel to wait for.
How quickly will I receive it?
Most readings arrive within the same hour of your order, and always within 24 hours. If you order while I am resting, I begin the moment I am back.
What should I send you?
Your first name, your date of birth and your question. If your question is about another person, their first name and date of birth help too (if you know it). Write it all in the personalization box when you order, or send it to me in a message right after.
Which reading depth should I choose?
Standard Reading gives you a clear answer and the timing I see. Extra Detailed Reading goes deeper, with more detail on feelings, timing and your next steps. Premium Reading is the most complete version, delivered as a PDF you can keep.
Is my reading private?
Yes. Your details and your reading are only between you and me. I never share your name, your questions or your reading with anyone.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
Of course. If something in your reading is unclear, message me and I will explain it. For brand new questions, you are welcome to order a new reading.
Can I buy a reading for a friend?
Yes. Simply write their first name, date of birth and question in the personalization box. Readings make a thoughtful gift.
Cancellations and refunds
Because every reading is written personally for you and starts as soon as you order, I am not able to cancel or refund once the reading has been delivered. If anything is wrong with your order, please message me and I will make it right.
