The personalized part needed an apostrophe that didn't show up but I reached out to the seller to make sure it was something that was even possible before I reordered. Very quick response so I was comfortable reordering. Even though the size was my fault, I feel the seller was responsive and would have worked on a fix if the size was correct to begin with.
