The sweatshirt seemed to run small, and is thin/not great material. BUT the embroidery/stitching looks amazing and the artist did a great job of capturing each of our kitties.

I ordered this as a Christmas present however when it arrived, it wasn’t the quality i expected. However, I messaged the seller who responded very quickly and offered to send me a second one free of charge. The second one came and it was perfect. Exactly how I expected. The customer service was fantastic and the issue was fixed very quickly. Would definitely recommend this company to others
