Needs to be clearer on description

Updated: Was missing a few components in the diagram, but overall the model is now 100% complete according to his media page. The seller contacted me and updated the files with all the missing parts.The files are somewhat disorganized across the five downloads. Separating the main mask section would make printing much easier. Printing all the included parts took 30 hours. Once assembled, the mask looks fantastic and Highly recommend this product and the Seller. Straight as an arrow, fast as lightning, reliable as a Swiss watch. Bravo! ●|||||||●

Great File. Definitely recommend sizing helmet before printing.

It’s a good product if you want to 3D print it would be nice if the description was a little more thorough in explaining that because even though it said STL I was not aware that it was a data computer file specifically for 3D printing. I thought I was going to get a real Halloween mask.

No customer service at all

The parts are grouped together in a few files and require manual separation in order to fit on smaller printer layouts. I was unable to separate a few of them since they are clumped tightly together with overlap. Details not shown that are awesome is that there are tabs and notches for all of the detail pieces so the mask easily assembles in a logical way. There isn't any guidance on assembly however, and the concept of the "hair" is up to the buyer to figure out. Looks really cool in person once printed.
