Payment

You don't need a PayPal Account to pay for your items. Simply choose the PayPal option during checkout, you’ll then be directed to a new page to complete your purchase where there will be an option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to register for a PayPal account.

Shipping

As the items are made to order please allow up to 14 days for dispatch. If you require your item sooner, please contact me before placing the order and I will try to accommodate you. In the unlikely event I’m not able to complete your order within 14 days I will contact you to discuss options.

Your order will be sent to the postal address on your Etsy account unless you provide an alternative address.

Ordering outside UK - Please note that some items sent overseas may be liable to import fees or some countries have custom charges - please check with your local authority what is allowed and what are the charges. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges.

HOW TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER:

If you have purchased personalised product, once you have placed your order, please send me the scanned image of your child’s drawing and the message you wish to be applied to your chosen product.

Press 'Contact' button under my name on the shop page, write a message and you can attach the image there too.

Or you can simply email the info and the scanned image to raspberrybuttonart[at]gmail.com.

Please remember that the clearer the image, the better the finished product will be. Also pictures on white paper have the best results.

Alternatively you can put the original drawing in the post and I will return it with the completed product. Please contact me for postage address.

Before placing your order please make sure you have spelt the name/message correctly.
