🕒 PROCESSING & SHIPPING (ALL BUYERS)
Processing Time:
All items are made-to-order using a print-on-demand production partner (Gelato).
Production typically begins shortly after purchase and usually takes 2–6 business days.
Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Estimated delivery is typically 2–7 business days after production, though international orders may take longer.
❌ CANCELLATIONS (ALL BUYERS):
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
If cancelled before production has started, we will issue a full refund.
Because items are made-to-order and enter production quickly, cancellations are not possible once production has begun.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges (Non-EU Buyers):
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
EU Consumer Rights Notice (EU BUYERS ONLY):
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period):
EU consumers generally have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised, which includes print-on-demand products such as those sold in this shop.
Legal Guarantee:
EU consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty, defective, or not as described. If an item qualifies, we will offer a replacement, refund, or price reduction as required by law.
💳 REFUNDS (ALL BUYERS):
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
