How do I adjust the image size for my POD product or for printing?
Option 1: You can adjust the scale directly through your printer settings. This method allows you to zoom in or zoom out according to your preferences. When you send the document to print, check the print settings. Look for options like "Scale," "Zoom," or "Fit to Page."
Option 2: You can use a photo editing tool to resize the image before printing. Popular tools include Adobe Photoshop, Canva or imageresizer.com.

How do I access my digital download if I do not have an Etsy account?
If you purchased a digital download as a guest, your download link will be in the receipt email you received from Etsy after your order.
If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, please be sure to check your spam or junk inbox. If you are using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If the email is not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

If nothing happens when you click the link to download, there might be an issue with your web browser. You can try a few things.
1. Disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you have installed and try again.
2. Clear your cookies and try again.
If your computer says the file has been corrupted, please delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please message me for help.
If you have a firewall set up through Adobe, clicking on the PDF link might not work. Please disable the firewall or reach out to me for the direct link!
Help, I used Apple Pay and cannot find my download!
It sounds like you may have chosen "Hide My Email" which creates a unique and random email address to use with apps/websites. While this keeps your personal email private you might have issues receiving the automated email from Etsy that has the link to download your files.
Try logging into your Etsy account using a web browser (not the Etsy app) and navigating to your purchases page to access your downloads. If that does not work, send me a message and I can email your file instead.
