A Little Bit of Everything to Make Your Life Cooler
I had spent years admiring the community of Etsy and after graduating when I took some time off to do some soul-searching I figured it was the perfect point in my life to jump in head-first, try something new, and fulfill a dream... And I've been here on Etsy ever since!
I've always been enchanted with past decades, I grew up listening to the music of the 50s and 60s which left an incredible impression on my spirit... or maybe I've just always been an old soul. The glamour of the past swept me up and I've been in love with vintage ever since.
I am constantly absorbing the fashion around me to keep on the front of fashion trends (especially alternative styles) while also being somewhat of a time-traveling historian and studying society through the fashion of that era. I've been collecting for some years now, and I've noticed how not only are the classic styles always in fashion, but much of the on-trend street fashion of now is expressed with a bold mix of vintage into something totally contemporary and new. Wearing, selling, and encouraging a love of vintage is my way to promote a more sustainable and conscientious approach to fashion within our current "fast fashion" culture.
