Frequently asked questions
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPING and WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
All 4"x6" and 5"x7" are shipping in flat rigid mailer.
Others will be rolled into a protective paper, and then placed into a 3 plys heavy duty mailing tube.
All of our orders are shipped via USPS First Class, or Priority Mail for oversized or weights more than 1 lb. UPS Ground is also available for additional charge for expedited shipping. Please contact us prior placing your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive the notification and the tracking number either in your Etsy or PayPal email address once your orders's shipping label is created.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you may cancel your order up to 6 hours after the order is placed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER WHILE THE USPS HAS MY PACKAGE?
Unfortunately, your order is already on its way. We cannot cancel your orders. Please contact us or Etsy for further assistance.
Shipping details and tracking
Standard shipping is done by USPS Ground Advantage mail shipping from NY.
Please note the estimated delivery time when you place the order.
Those transit times are not guaranteed. Sometimes it may take longer, especially before Christmas and Easter. These possible delays are beyond my control.
If you need your order within the certain time frame, please consider upgrade your shipping option, or contact me for other shipping options such as UPS.
What if my order has not arrived or damaged?
If your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window or not at all, please let me know and I will follow up with the postage service and replace it.
If the item(s) arrive damaged, we will send a replacement. (Check my reviews as I have done this a few times now due to damage caused by the postal service). Clear photos with the damaged item including the package is necessary.
What is your return policy?
Returns and Refunds are not accepted. Please contact us prior to order if you have any questions.
Important shipping message to Internation customers whom they ordered any print larger than 30"
First of all, thank you so much for your purchase — I truly appreciate your support.
For any international orders with prints larger than 30 inches, the USPS will charge additional shipping fee due to postal service requirements for oversized packages.
For Canadian customers, the additional fee is $28,
and for customers from all other countries, the fee is $45.
Please note that this charge is set by the United States Postal Service, and we do not make any profit from it.

What kind of paper do you use?
I print on premium Epson heavyweight matte paper using archival Ultrachrome HDR inks. This combination provides museum-quality detail and a 125+ year archival lifespan.
Can you make a custom map or locate a map I don’t see in your shop?
Yes! I have a large archive of historical maps. If you don’t see what you're looking for, there’s a good chance I have it—or can source it.
