Can’t Access Your Google Sheets Template?
If your spreadsheet won’t open or is “view only,” try this:
1. Click File → Make a copy to get full access.
2. If that doesn’t work, check:
- You’re on a computer or laptop
- Your Google Drive has enough space
- You’re using a different browser
- You’re logged into Google

Can I Return Or Exchange My Order?
Because our products are digital, we cannot offer returns or refunds. Once a purchase has been downloaded, you will always have access to it.
If you purchased by accident, please do not download the files. We can check our dashboard to see if a download has occurred. A purchase can only be canceled if none of the items in your order have been downloaded. Thank you for your understanding.
What Is A Spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet template is a ready-made file designed to help you get started with budgeting, planning, or organizing—without starting from scratch. Simply download it and start using it right away!
All our templates work seamlessly in Microsoft Excel 365 & Google Sheets and are fully customizable. You can adjust text, titles, sections, colors, and fonts to fit your style and needs.
Most of the cells are protected by default to keep formulas safe, but unlocking them is easy if you want to make any changes.
I Can’t Download My Purchase on My Phone – What Am I Doing Wrong?
Currently, digital downloads cannot be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app. To access your files, you’ll need to:
1. Open Etsy in a mobile browser (make sure you’re logged out of the app), or
2. Use a laptop or desktop computer.
Once you’ve downloaded your template, you can use it on your phone without any issues!
Where Do I Access My Digital File?
Once your order is complete, you can get your digital file in a couple of ways:
Email Link: Etsy sends a download link to the email you used at checkout. If you don’t see it, double-check that your email address was entered correctly.
Etsy Purchases: You can also download your file directly from your Etsy account. Just go to: https://www.etsy.com/ca/your/purchases to access it anytime.
