I created this space because I needed it myself.
I’m an ADHDer, a school counselor, and someone who knows what it feels like when everything gets loud, overwhelming, or just… too much. I’ve spent years learning about emotional regulation, nervous systems, and how our brains actually work but more importantly, I’ve lived it.
I also live with PMDD, which means I know how much your capacity, mood, and energy can shift across your cycle. The same tools don’t work every day and that’s not a failure, it’s biology.
The tools you’ll find here are designed with that in mind. They’re not about doing more or doing things perfectly. They’re about making life feel a little more doable and a little more steady—especially on the days when your brain and body aren’t on your side.
Everything is simple, supportive, and realistic; something you can actually use in real life.
