Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take to make?
Our typical production time is 3-4 business days. Processing times are important. Please check each listing’s processing time before ordering. Etsy expects sellers to honor the processing times shown.
Can I request a custom design (size, color, text, logo)?
Yes, we love custom work. Send us your text, font preference, and (if applicable) a high-resolution logo. We’ll send a mockup for approval before we begin production.
What if I need the sign sooner (rush order)?
Send us a message with your required date and we will do our best to accommodate rush orders may carry a small additional fee depending on the timeline.
What materials do you use for your signs?
We use LED neon flex for our neon signs — it is safer, energy efficient and far more durable than traditional glass neon. Our metal signs are crafted from premium stainless steel with professional grade LED strips for the backlit effect.
Are your signs certified / safe to use?
Many LED neon components (power supplies, strips) can carry CE, RoHS, or UL/ETL certifications; not all signs are fully UL-listed as a complete product. If you need a UL/ETL-certified sign or specific safety paperwork, contact us and we’ll confirm what certifications apply to that model. (Safety standards for electric signs include UL 48 and related standards.)
How do I mount / install my neon sign?
Every sign comes with a full mounting kit including wall mount hardware, hanging chain option and a built-in on/off switch on the cable — installation takes just a few minutes.
Custom and personalized orders
Our metal backlit signs are fully weatherproof and built for outdoor use. Our LED neon signs are recommended for indoor use or covered outdoor areas.
