What happens if my item arrives broken?
Your item may be fragile, and I take great care in packaging it securely. In the rare event that your item arrives broken, please notify me within 72 hours of receiving your order. Along with your message, include photos of the damaged item, both the internal and external packaging, and keep the box and all packaging materials for insurance purposes.
If everything is approved, I will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen package?
Ownership of the package(s) transfers to the you the buyer after turning over your package to the carrier when shipped. Carrier may either be USPS, UPS or FedEx. I am not responsible for lost, held, or stolen packages. I am not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service purchased from the carrier, so any shipping issues must be handled by that carrier.
Shipping Policy
I am pleased to offer shipping within the United States. However, please note that orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and DPO/APO/FPO addresses, may incur additional shipping fees.
If your order falls into one of these categories, I will contact you regarding any additional shipping costs before continuing on your order. If I am unable to accommodate the shipment or if the additional fees are not accepted, I reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
