Processing times are affected by clients response times. (> A "Star Seller" status may be affected by clients response times as well)
Shipping is typically 5-9 days AFTER approval for print is verified by client... so general processing/ship turnaround will vary because of this.

Can I see a proof before I purchase?
Because a Do-it-Yourself "change your template" design service is not offered, ALL proofing by designer is done AFTER purchase of product based on the exact template shown. Make sure to view all photos in listing and choose one.
Can I change, add, rearrange or replace info on choice template?
"Change the current template to..." must be discussed prior to purchase.
A change-up-template-fee of $10.00 or more may be applied after proof 1 or 2 - if you would like to add it, based on assessment of changes...
$10.00 per proof is applied due to ADDITIONAL design time.

2. Standard PROOFING is generally 1 - 2 business days.
Standard SHIPPING is 5-7 days after approval.

3. Hit "ask a question" to start your order with your request, amount, option, of the design choice on front of listing (or state with template/photo, etc)
Save time and turnaround, and use the template as shown and submit text details that follow the exact layout. You will get 2 "successive" digital low res proofs and one Final proof view to approve for print. (AFTER purchasing)

Upgrade / "Customize template further" option:
($10.00 fee per proof after proof 2 - if you want JUST PERFECT! )
We realize you want it to be perfect... so tweaks/additions/changes (other than text details to fit into layout) to end up with a PERFECT layout according to your event ... is covered by upfront fee based on change assessment. Proofs are supplied after purchase in full. (changes are based on one initial design chosen, and changes to that design)
Art fees may apply if requested.

Once the listing has been purchased, I will design the layout with your personalized details and send digital proof (not sample mailed) via Etsy conversations - which will need to be approved before sending to print. ❤️Photos? I require: A high res, 300 dpi , same size or larger than card size, check the lens quality and clarity first and address with your photographer if blurry. - uploaded through Etsy conversations.
If you want the best quality and results:
Please ask your Photographer to email you the high resolution of your photo first before ordering from this shop.
(It is YOUR responsibility, along with your photographer, to check it for resolution - what you send will be printed as is)
Then upload your photo directly from your computer to Etsy conversations.
(Do not send from phone or device as these photos are generally low resolution)
If you decide to use an i-phone photo or candid, I am not responsible for enhancing the image - it prints at the quality you approve of beforehand. I have printed varied photos... at the customers request.

I cannot ever alter the photo quality - I use what I get assuming the client want it regardless. If it is out of focus, it will print that way... Your photographer is in charge of that...

IMPORTANT! Upload your photo direct from your computer - NOT device.
I accept your submitted photo as long is it large enough resolution, (to size and 300 dpi) - irregardless of lens quality, or how you arrived at the required resolution.
It is your choice to send it based on your approval of it beforehand.
Print Process: I change it to cmyk colors (as required FOR PRINT which is less color range than a photo print or monitor view of colors) Monitor colors are more vibrant than printed.
Note: the darks in the photo must be lightened to a required % range (as required FOR PRINT) to prevent saturation of ink. When you submit it, you are allowing me to change for print requirements)
The phone is not an accurate tool to check your photo quality - the computer and or a large monitor is better. Proofs may still look a bit more vibrant on computer because of this.
Quality in = best print quality out.
