Saimagems is a one-stop store for all semi-precious gemstones. I have limited my collection to semi-precious stones alone as I believe exclusivity is key to quality. Since my focus is driven entirely towards these, I am able to provide a premium selection of ruby, turquoise, tourmaline, topaz, quartz and several others. Besides loose gemstones, I also design and shape pendants using sophisticated tools.
I am relatively new to the art of jewellery making and am still figuring the nitty-gritties of the business. We are a group of three people so you can imagine how taxing and consuming it can become when we have too much to do, considering how arduous and demanding handiwork is.
My father was also an artisan during his age and he eagerly agreed to teach me all the practical skills when I approached him. It requires a fair amount of hand-to-eye coordination and a great deal of patience to refine natural stones; but once you put your heart to something, it’s almost done
