5 out of 5 starsI requested a custom Krypto from Super Girl and he came out perfect! I absolutely love him so much, I knew he would be perfect because her work is always exquisite. I couldn’t find a decent sized Krypto anywhere that I liked. Definitely recommend if you ever can’t find a stuffie you’re looking for, send a message to Scarlett Stitchery and she will help you! :)

5 out of 5 starsThe Puck Bunnies are exactly as described and as shown in the product photos. They’re of exceptionally high quality (the fabric is very soft—really great!) and very well made. I’m in love with these cute bunnies, and they’re an absolute must-have for all Off Campus fans. I ordered one for myself and one for my sister for her birthday, and she was thrilled with it. Even international shipping went smoothly and was pretty fast. Scarlet is also really nice and warm-hearted. She puts so much effort into her work, and you can tell how much love she puts into crocheting these little animals. I'm completely satisfied with my second purchase from her and would recommend this shop to anyone. This definitely won't be my last purchase from her.

Custom and personalized orders
For custom orders, feel free to send me a message with your questions and ideas and I will give you an estimated price and preparation time. The amount of time to make and ship the order varies depending on the project. Simply hit the button “Request Custom Order” to place your wish. If you want to purchase a product I already have listed with a slight adjustment, just let me know before you order and write a note to seller once you buy!
Shipping time
If you need your order by a certain date, please message me and order ahead of time as best as you can. I recommend upgrading to priority shipping when you check out since I can’t control how long the postal service will take to deliver your item. For regular orders, I am still shipping out all of my plushies in the time frame that I list in the description, but I cannot control or judge how long it will take to arrive after I ship it.
Delivery issues
If you do not receive your order or something is to occur, please notify me and I will help you through it. Once I ship the package and it is marked as “delivered” I am technically no longer responsible; however, I will still stay by your side and help find a solution!
Care instructions
Since all of my products are handmade, if washing is necessary, spot cleaning is recommended, in order to protect the stitches, fine details of the item, and not water-log the inside stuffing.
