1 out of 5 starsI ordered a purple lotus, but this one is pink not purple. I specifically wanted purple lotus not pink! Am I eligible for a return and refund? I am adding this addition to my original review. I had a chance to speak with the owner of the company that produced the lotus flower. We spoke at length about the product itself. She understood my frustration and offered a full refund or exchange or new order with a discount. She was as gracious and thoughtful as any business owner I've ever spoken to and because of that, I have no reason to post a negative review. I only wish more business owners were as empathetic and gracious as she is. I went away from the experience feeling validated and I thank her for her professionalism and understanding. I would recommend her services to any and all customers and her business great success!!!
