3 out of 5 starsI liked the program design itself but what I didn't like is that after you print them you have to go and cut the borders off in the template. When you have 100+ of these, it took me probably 4+ hours to print, cut and fold all of them. I would have much rather preferred it you could just print it out with no cutting involved. I also had to play around with the sizing because when I folded the pages, they were not centered, potentially because of the cutting. I used 8.5 by 11 cardstock so perhaps that might also by why the pages weren't centered. It didn't specify that you needed a certain size paper however so I don't think that was the issue.

Dear Honyin Chiu, Thank you for your feedback which unfortunately totally unfounded. It clearly shows on the image of the front of the template that design has to be cut to size. Plus we provide a clear description of the product which includes the 'finished size'. The template sits perfectly within the centre of the page, therefore you may not have adjusted your printer margins. It states VERY CLEARLY in the description what paper size to print the templates onto. We have sold this template MANY TIMES without any issues. It's a shame that you felt you had to leave such inaccurate feedback maybe your time would have been much better spent contacting us, as we would most certainly have helped you, as we pride ourselves on our 100% service customer service.

3 out of 5 starsLoved the pictures but having issues viewing correctly on my computer. Would definitely ask for a sample before purchasing. Shop owners have been wonderful at trying to resolve the issue but icons are still showing cut off on my computer making them unusable for me. PC/Office 2016

Hi Kelly, We have sold these many times without any issues. The icons were showing cut off because you were using Word Online and also your iPhone to edit these (as per your screenshots provided to us). The product description clearly states 'Icons are compatible with PC and Mac'. That said, we're pleased that we were able to offer our time to you to help sort out your technical issue. Not only did they look really professional and remind people what they had ordered in advance, but it also really helped the serving staff rather than them having to ask each person on a table what they had ordered.

Downloading Files
Once your payment is cleared, you will receive an email with a notifications that you digital file is ready to be downloaded. Then you will need to go to you 'Purchases and Reviews' page on Etsy, click on your purchased item and click the "Ready to download" button.
We provide a Useful Guide to download with your purchase that gives full instructions and advice on making the most out of your stationery. We have the information that you may need to know before purchase below.
1. All of our products are Microsoft Word files. You will need to have this installed on your computer and know the basics of how to use it. You will need to edit the text in the text boxes and know how to print.
2. Due to copyright issues we are not able to send you any fonts. However our Useful Guide will show you where to get the free fonts we have used. Alternatively you can use your own favorite fonts.
3. If you would like a different color for any of the designs please contact us before purchase. We can create a new listing with colors to match your wedding color scheme.
4. Please do not buy a product and then message us to ask for a colour change. The product you buy is the product you get, as the files will instantly become available for you to download.
5. Owing to the nature of these templates refunds can't be given.
