Frequently asked questions
How do I get my personalized file?
Right after checkout, go to sheadigitalshop.com and enter your Etsy order number. Your item opens in our editor: add your names, dates and wording, preview it live and download your print-ready file instantly.
Where do I find my Etsy order number?
Open Etsy > You > Purchases and reviews. The order number is shown on each purchase and in your Etsy confirmation email.
Will I receive a physical item?
No. This is a digital download. You can print it at home, at a local print shop or with an online printing service.
Can I make changes after downloading?
Yes. Open sheadigitalshop.com again with the same order number to edit and re-download your design. If you run into any limit, just message us and we'll help.
Something is wrong with my file. What can I do?
Send us a message through Etsy and we'll fix it or help you re-create it as quickly as possible.
