We usually respond very quickly within the hour to address any concerns. Please contact us if you have any issues with your package or products, the fastest way to address an issue is to message us directly.

When it comes to returns and refunds , any item returned should be in its original state, any damaged to the product will come with a 25% deduction from item value. Free returns are not allowed unless products are delivered damaged or defective. Return shipping label can be provided to customers and deducted from refund or the customers can ship back the item out of their own pocket.
