I've already made my purchase. Can you add an item to my order?
I do not receive any payment information from Etsy, therefore I can not authorize any additional charges. You may purchase the additional items on Etsy and leave a message to me that you would like the orders to be shipped together. I will refund any shipping overages.
Can I cancel my order?
Please see "Returns & exchanges" above for the timeline to guarantee a cancellation. If you'd like to cancel once this timeline has passed, please contact me. If the item is custom, cancellation will depend on where it is in processing. If the item is not custom and has not yet shipped, I will cancel and fully refund.
I'm ordering multiple items with different processing times. When will you ship my items?
If one order contains multiple items, I will wait till the last item is processed and ship all items together.
The calculated shipping cost seems high! Will you reimburse me if I overpay on shipping?
I understand that shipping costs can be expensive, so I strive to find the cheapest shipping method available and keep many packaging options in stock to help find the best rate. If the paid shipping price exceeds my cost (shipping and packaging cost in some cases) by more than $1, I will refund the difference.
If you'd like me to check on shipping costs, please convo me with your zip code and what you're planning on purchasing.
Tell me about your gift wrap?
If gift wrap is purchased, please leave me a note to the recipient including your name in the Notes to Seller or send me a convo.
If a message is not left in the Notes to Seller, the generic message "A gift for you! From *etsy_username*" will be used. Please note that Etsy only gives me the buyer's Etsy username and email (if the buyer is different from the Ship To recipient). Therefore your username will be used which may cause confusion for the recipient.
Can you gift wrap international orders?
International orders can be gift wrapped, however we cannot declare your parcel as a "gift" since a "gift" is only between two individuals and we cannot falsify customs declarations. Please understand that customs has the right to open and inspect any package, even if it is wrapped.
I live/work/play near Tehachapi. Can we meet to save on shipping?
If you are local to the Tehachapi area and would like to arrange to pick up your items, please contact me to waive shipping. We can arrange for you to pickup your item at Gallery N Gifts. However, due to PayPal's protection policies, any items purchased with PayPal must be shipped with tracking. If an order is purchased with PayPal and shipping is waived for local pickup, I will have to cancel the order.
