If you are requesting an engraved mug, keep in mind they frequently are uncentered due to the handles. I do not guarantee that the design will be perfectly centered and the item is not eligible for refunds.

Stainless steel tumblers and mugs should not be placed in a dishwasher.

Once your package is delivered to the post office, I no longer have any control over when it is actually delivered. If you think your package is lost feel free to contact me and I will open a case with USPS. This can not be done until 15 business days have passed since the item was shipped. At that point, I will file a claim with USPS and either refund or remake your item.

While every effort is made to ensure centering of your design, there are times when items are not perfectly centered. This is more frequent on items with handles, such as mugs. Please keep this in mind when choosing the type of item you wish to have engraved.

Claims for items damaged in transit must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of every side of the product along with the packaging must be included with your message. We can not file a claim without photos of the packaging. Keep all packaging until we notify you that it can be destroyed. You may need to take the packaging to your local post office for claim purposes. We will NOT re-ship or refund a damaged items if the above steps are not followed.

Manufacturers warranty is typically void once a considerable modification is made to the product, such as engraving. Please keep this in mind as you order.
