If my item is lost in the mail what happens?
If it was sent Priority mail I will work with the post office to be refunded and either refund you or replace your item. Please know that I have no control what happens to your package once it gets to the post office and cannot be responsible for it. First class mail does not guarantee delivery and is unreliable. We do not replace or refund items sent first class.
When will my order ship?
Shipping times are listed on each product. It will likely take the entire time, as I am one woman shop. However- if you communicate a sate you need the item I will make every effort to get it to you by that date. Also, choose Priority shipping and it will get to you sooner.
