It all started in 2012. A shattered phone on a workbench, a screwdriver, and the desire to understand how it works.

Since then, I've repaired hundreds of smartphones, obtained my Apple accreditation at WeFix, and developed recognized software expertise at Samsung and many others. My Baccalaureate in Electronic and Digital Systems (SEN) is the foundation — but it's primarily my self-taught curiosity that has taught me the most.

Over the years, I've noticed something: the people who brought me their phones didn't need a repairman. They needed someone to explain things to them without making them feel stupid.

So I wrote. Clear, visual, and helpful guides—so that technology no longer scares anyone. For you, for your parents, for your grandparents.

Tout a commencé en 2012. Un téléphone en miettes sur un établi, un tournevis, et l'envie de comprendre comment ça marche.

Depuis, j'ai réparé des centaines de smartphones, obtenu mon accréditation Apple chez WeFix, et développé une expertise logiciel reconnue chez Samsung et bien d'autres. Mon Bac SEN option Systèmes Électroniques et Numériques, c'est la base — mais c'est surtout ma curiosité d'autodidacte qui m'a le plus appris.

Au fil des années, j'ai remarqué quelque chose : les gens qui me déposaient leur téléphone n'avaient pas besoin d'un réparateur. Ils avaient besoin de quelqu'un qui leur explique, sans les faire se sentir bêtes.

Alors j'ai écrit. Des guides clairs, visuels, bienveillants — pour que la technologie ne fasse plus peur à personne. Pour vous, pour vos parents, pour vos grands-parents.
