All products in our shop are digital downloads. After purchase, you will receive instant access to your file through Etsy — a confirmation email with a download link will be sent to your registered email address.
2. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience any issues with your download or the file is corrupted, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
