Frequently asked questions

My order says delivered but I haven't received it.

All domestic orders come standard with tracking. The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online. Once an item is marked "shipped" it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of my control. For any questions regarding tracking you can take the tracking to your local post office and they can further assist you on the retrieval of your order. I am NOT responsible for stolen items. If your order has been marked as "delivered" then to my knowledge, it has been delivered. If you have concerns with the delivery of your order, you may contact USPS with your tracking number and they can further assist you in filing a complaint.

I accidently entered the wrong shipping address.

Please double check your address PRIOR to checking out. Once your order has been marked as shipped, it is out of my hands and I will not be able to change it. If you mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address, your order will first need to be re-routed back to me before it is sent out again to the corrected address. Please note that you will be responsible for any re-ship fees. If the order has NOT been marked as shipped, I will be able to correct the address for you.

I have a problem with my order.

Please let me know if you have issues with your order when you receieve it. Since everything is handmade, there will be some minor imperfections. If for any reason things were cut wrong or not cut at all or if there is anything missing, please do not hesitate to let me know. I do my best to ensure that everyone's order is packaged with care and I try to provide the best quality that I can. However, with that said, mistakes do happen and sometimes things can get overlooked. I want you to be happy with your purchase so please do contact me if you have problems.

My order has been marked as shipped.

If you receive a shipping notification, this means that your order has been packaged and either has been dropped off or will be dropped off at the post office that same day.

Sometimes the local post office WILL NOT scan international packages and SOMETIMES even packages within the US. I'm not sure why this happens but it happens. If they do scan international packages, often times, I find that it takes them longer to scan these ones versus domestic ones. Sometimes packages will not scan until it is midway in transit to you or not until delivery. Please be patient.

Why is it asked if the order is for a child or an adult?

Every order comes with a few free stickers! Though none of the stickers have no nudity or profane language, some images could be considered creepy or macabre, which we do not want to include in a child free sticker pack.
