5 out of 5 starsThe quality is great and the replies to my customer service was quick and efficient. My only downside was it took longer than normal for shipping but you can’t really help that it’s the postal service.

Tragedy struck when I was changing, and the o-ring popped off, but I got in contact with the seller to see if I would be able to take it to a jeweller - and she offered right away to send a new one out! It is so sweet, and the quality of the bracelet itself is amazing. Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service!!
