I accept returns on paintings. Contact me within 7 calendar days after the painting has been delivered.* You will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as any loss of value (as agreed upon with me) if a painting isn’t returned in its original condition.

Refunds are offered to customers in conjunction with our original paintings return policy mentioned above in the Returns section.

Refunds are also offered to customers that receive a damaged painting or if the painting is lost in transit. If this occurs, please email me at SlangArtLab(at)pm.me within 7 calendar days after the painting has been delivered with applicable quality photos of the damaged painting and all packing materials, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. See the Order Lost in Transit section below for more information.

I don’t offer exchanges.

I don't offer refunds due to a wrong address being entered at checkout. Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address including:

- Apartment number

- Matching city/ZIP - Look this up with: https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction!input.action



In addition, if an address is considered insufficient by the carrier, the carrier can’t make the delivery, or the shipment goes unclaimed, the shipment may be returned to me. In this instance, you would be liable for reshipping costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.

First, double-check the tracking/order to see that the correct address was entered at checkout



If the address is correct:

-Contact the shipping carrier to see if your order is there or if they can locate the package.

-You can also check with your neighbors to ask if they might have seen your package.

-For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. If the package is deemed lost in transit, then a refund or replacement (if applicable) would be issued.




If the address is incorrect:

For original paintings or commissioned art, no refund will be offered.


— Package Marked Delivered, but You Haven’t Received it —

This is a rare occurrence. First, check to make sure the package wasn’t left in an unexpected place. After that, contact the shipping carrier to see if they can locate the package. The correct address needs to have been entered at checkout. Each case is evaluated individually and a refund may not be offered.




— Package Stolen —

Unfortunately, I don't offer refunds due to theft. Tracking is included with every order and I may reach out to you if the package is out for delivery.
