They went above an beyond to try an work out what i wanted to do. We received our item yesterday and he absolutely LOVED IT! He can't wait to start using it.

It was packaged well and clearly marked fragile all over the box, however USPS decided to have its way with it and the top whiskers on the head arrived snapped off. There was nothing the vendor could have done better! I sent a picture and was offered replacement pieces free of charge. Top notch service and I would 1000% recommend this seller for 3d printed items. Very communicative through the entire process from order, shipping to delivery and follow up. Will be back again!! Thank you for going above and beyond!
