A heavy, textured, matte paper or board is a perfect, economical choice! You can also print on rolled or stretched canvas. High quality archival fine art paper with a light canvas or watercolor texture makes for the most authentic vintage art reproductions. If the print shop offers this, you can request giclée printing. This is a higher quality printing process that provides better resolution and a better result.

If you went to checkout as a guest, you will find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was automatically sent to you after your purchase. Please check your spam and junk folders if you can't find your email. It should be from transaction@etsy.com.

Regardless of whether you print at home or at a print shop, always remember to uncheck the "ADJUST TO PRINTABLE AREA" option before printing your file. If you go to a print shop, ask the salesperson to disable this option. This way, the sheet will be exactly the size you want and you won't have to crop it to fit the frame, or worse, reprint it correctly. If the print layout extends to the margins, enable the "MARGINLESS PRINT" option, which you can usually find in the printer settings. Regardless of whether you print at home or through a professional online printing service, make sure that NO color correction is applied.

You can easily use online printing services to resize your artwork yourself. After uploading a ratio file (2x3 ratio for the full, uncropped artwork), you can easily edit and position the image to highlight the area you want to print.

𝟏. Log in to Etsy.com via a web browser and go to "Your account“. 𝟐. Go to Purchases and Reviews. (etsy.com/your/purchases) 𝟑. Select "Download files" next to the order. This will take you to the download page for all files attached to your order. ➤ On mobile devices press the small gray arrow to the right of the order. This will take you to the download page. Etsy will also send you an email to download your files. It should be from transaction@etsy.com ⚠️ Etsy app: You cannot download digital purchases from Etsy via the Etsy app. To download a digital file via mobile, you must log in to Etsy.com in your mobile browser (Safari, etc.).

You may have selected the "Hide my email address" option when signing up, which generates a unique and random email address. This address is used for interactions with apps and websites to protect your personal email privacy. Consequently, you will not receive an automated email from Etsy with a link to download your files. Instead, it will be sent to the randomly generated email address.Try logging into your Etsy account using a web browser (Etsy.com, not the app) and navigating to the "Purchases" section of your account to access your downloads.
