You can download the file immediately after payment has been received.

There are no additional charges within Germany and the EU, as the items are shipped directly from Europe. However, orders to countries outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada, UK) may incur customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I return or exchange handmade items?
For handmade, non-personalized items, I offer a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
