Con la llegada de las fiestas, les comparto las fechas límite para realizar sus pedidos para Navidad. Tengan en cuenta que si el pedido debe realizarse el mismo día, significa que el servicio postal (USPS) garantiza la entrega el día de Navidad, no antes.

He estado experimentando retrasos con el servicio postal estadounidense (USPS) debido a la escasez de personal en la zona y al cierre del gobierno. Si nota que su paquete no se mueve o que el seguimiento no se actualiza, por favor, póngase en contacto conmigo. Intento estar al tanto de todo y hago revisiones semanales, pero es posible que se me escape algún paquete.
Para compradores internacionales, el envío por correo internacional de primera clase no tiene una fecha de entrega garantizada, por lo que la fecha límite debe considerarse solo como una estimación. Si realiza su pedido cerca de la fecha límite, elija las opciones de correo prioritario internacional o correo prioritario exprés.
Elegir la opción de envío prioritario no significa que tu pedido se procesará con urgencia; se trata del servicio postal que se utiliza una vez que la figura está terminada y lista para su envío. Esta es la época del año con mayor volumen de pedidos, así que intentaré completarlos lo más rápido posible y enviarlos antes de la fecha límite.
Los pedidos siguen tardando 28 días en elaborarse antes del envío. Si tiene alguna duda sobre si un artículo estará listo a tiempo, póngase en contacto con nosotros para confirmarlo antes de realizar el pedido.
Si ya pasó la fecha límite para realizar tu pedido, por favor, contáctame para ver si tengo disponibilidad para enviarlo antes, en lugar de dejar una nota al hacer el pedido. Quizás pueda hacerlo, sobre todo si es una figura repetida de otra en la que estoy trabajando, pero solo podré confirmarlo si me contactas con anticipación.

Aumentos de precios en 2024

Me aterra tener que subir los precios e intento aguantar lo máximo posible, pero con los proveedores subiendo los precios de las figuras que uso como piezas, el servicio postal aumentando sus tarifas y Etsy incrementando sus comisiones, me veo obligado a subir los precios para poder seguir adelante. Espero que esto explique por qué los precios pueden ser más altos si me has comprado antes o si has estado pendiente de alguno de mis artículos hasta después de las fiestas. 2025 Holiday information and Ordering Deadlines

With the holidays approaching, I am listing the deadlines for ordering items for Christmas delivery. Please note that order on the day deadline means the order is guaranteed to be delivered on Christmas Day by the USPS, not before Christmas.
-- I am still unable to take on commissions at this time.
-- I have been experiencing some ongoing delays with USPS due to shortage of staff in the area and the government shutdown. If you are noticing your package isn't moving or tracking isn't updating, please reach out. I am trying to keep an eye on things and do weekly checks, but I may miss one or two.
-- For international buyers, First Class International Mail doesn't have a guaranteed delivery date, so the deadline for it should be used as an estimate. If you are ordering close to the deadline date, please choose the Priority Mail International or the Priority Mail Express options.
-- Choosing the higher priority mail options doesn't mean that your order will be rushed; it is the mail service that is used once the figure is completed and ready to ship. This is the busiest time of year with orders, so I will try to complete them as quickly as I can and try to get them out before their ship date.
-- Orders are still taking 28 days to make before shipping. If you have a question about whether an item will be able to make it on time, please reach out and check before ordering.
-- If you have passed the order deadline, please reach out and check to see if I have the bandwidth to get it out sooner, rather than leaving a note while ordering. I might be able to swing it, especially if it is a duplicate of another figure that I am working on, but I will only be able to confirm if you reach out prior.

I am still unable to take on new commissions at this time, so orders will only be for Etsy listings. I hope to be able to take on new commissions sometime in the future.
2024 Price Increases

I dread having to raise prices and I try to hold off as long as I can, but with vendors raising prices on figures I use for parts, USPS raising their rates, and Etsy increasing their fees I have to raise prices in order to stay afloat. Hopefully this will explain why there might be higher prices if you have purchased from me in the past or have been keeping your eye on one of my items until after the holidays.
