I received my apparel, phone case, notebook or mug, but not my stickers. What should I do?

All apparel, notebooks, phone cases and mugs/tumblers are printed and shipped from various locations, while all stickers are created and shipped by SOS. Based on your order, items will arrive separately and may not arrive on the same day

Can I exchange apparel?

Each piece of apparel is custom made to order. The printing company does not accept exchanges. Please make sure you carefully look at the sizing charts. All sweatshirts are Gildan 1800 and all T-shirts are Bella and Canvas!

My order was lost in the mail and I didn't pay for insured shipping

Unfortunately, you will have to make a claim with the USPS about your missing package.
