From Squirrel with Love
There’s something special about the alchemy of turning seasonal fresh fruit into something one can enjoy any time of year. I love coming up with unique combinations that are selected and blended carefully for the best flavor.
All Squirrel Brand preserves and jams are made in the old-fashioned European method in a French copper preserve pan. I make each jar from start to finish by hand, from the preparation of the fruit to the sealing and labeling of the jars. It is cooked in very small batches to ensure the highest quality.
Squirrel Brand was cooked up in Atlanta, Georgia, after years of making pickles and preserves to give away during the holidays, when I couldn't afford to buy anyone gifts. With the enthusiastic support of friends, family and fans, I was encouraged to offer my goods for sale. Over the years I have worked diligently to perfect my technique and flavors.
Squirrel Brand Goods are made with love, because they’re named after my sweet daughter who I have called ‘Squirrel’ for most of her life. I'm proud to share them with you.
