The product was about to be delivered to you on time, but you requested a return and received a full refund. The fact that you are still expecting us to send you the product clearly indicates your intention. I don’t understand why you gave our store a 1-star rating for no reason at all.

5 out of 5 starsI had a small problem with the first shipping company but they were very helpful in getting my order reprinted and shipped out to me through a different company. I was very happy and impressed with how quickly they responded to me and handled my questions and shipping order issues that I ordered more items a few days later. They are very helpful and professional to work with. Thank you very much for getting me my order in a reasonable amount of time you guys were amazing. Thanks again for everything!!!!!

3 out of 5 starsI don’t understand the shipping decisions here. The vinyl was shipped wrapped around a cardboard center with a paper layer and many layers of cellophane over top. It was difficult to remove the cellophane without cutting or ripping the paper laters beneath. I’d recommend using cylinder packaging so you can put the vinyl inside the cylinder.

5 out of 5 starsWas kind of scared when I realized the product was shipping for outside the country😬 and the tracking was a little off but it still showed up on time and amazing!! Just hard to do alone lol

4 out of 5 starsDecal itself is nice but feel that a better application tape is needed. I ended up with a lot of residue from the application tape on the decal. Had some bumps in the road with shipping, but customer service squared it away quickly.
