Frequently asked questions
Is this a physical product?
Our shop offers both physical art prints and digital downloads. Please check the individual listing carefully to confirm which type of product you are purchasing, as this will determine whether you receive a printed item delivered to your door or digital files to download and print yourself
How do I download my files?
Delivery depends on the type of product purchased. Digital downloads are available to download after purchase through Etsy. Physical prints are professionally printed, packaged and shipped to you by our trusted printing partner.
Please check the individual listing to confirm which type of product you are purchasing.
Where can I print?
If you've purchased a digital download, you can print it at home, at a local print shop, or through a professional online printing service. For the best results, we recommend heavyweight matte paper or fine art paper for a beautiful, gallery-quality finish.
