’m a pretty casual wine drinker and don’t know much about wine, but this kit really helped me pay more attention to things like the bottle description, color, aroma, and flavor. The list of wine description keywords was especially helpful—it made it easy to fill out the tasting cards and expand our vocabulary. It turned wine tasting into a fun activity instead of just drinking wine. We actually used the kit during our spring cleaning to work through bottles that had been sitting around for a while. It was such a fun way to record the wines we tried and appreciate them more. I’m hoping by the time we finish the whole tasting deck, I’ll be much better at describing wine and understanding my own taste. Highly recommend if you want a fun, casual way to learn about wine!
