My order is marked as "delivered" but I don't see it.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, especially if it's a gift. I can’t verify address accuracy, and if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are your responsibility. If you notice a mistake before it ships, message me—I’m happy to update it! Once an item ships, I have no control over delivery.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, I recommend reaching out to your local delivery service first, as they often have more detailed information. You can also look into Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program, which may offer additional support for lost or missing items.

What will you draw? What won't you draw?

I will draw pretty much anything! A couple of topics I don't feel I can successfully deliver are heavily mechanized subjects and complicated machinery. I am comfortable with armor and light mechanics, though. If you aren't sure if your commission idea is doable, feel free to send me a message!

Custom and personalized orders

- After I accept the commission, the client will have 3 days to send me reference images. If no communication has been made after 3 days, I will assume the client has lost interest.

- Requested changes can only be made during the sketch phase. Once the final artwork has been started, no revisions can be made.

- On the very rare chance there is an event on my end that might disrupt your commission timeline, I will communicate that as soon as possible. If needed, a new timeline will be discussed.

- Once the fee has been paid, no refunds or returns will be issued.

- If I have not finished within the given time period and you do not agree to a new schedule, I will issue a full refund.

As the Client:

- You will send full references of any poses, characters, gear, colors, or anything else you want. The more thorough you are, the sooner I can start your commission.

- Sketching will start after payment is received, the references are sent, and we have the initial conversation about what you want.

- If I make an artistic choice that you don’t like, changing it will count as a revision if we did not discuss this and I had instructions in writing.

As the Artist:

- I have the right to accept or decline any commission.

- I reserve the full rights of the artwork, but not the characters in the artwork.

- Art cannot be used for merch, NFTs, or fed into AI models.

- I will create art in my style, including specific elements you request. I will not create art in a different style, or anything meant to emulate another artist or style.
