Are these physical products?
No. All products sold by DigitalKPearls are digital products. No physical item will be shipped. Your files will be available to download after Etsy confirms your payment.
How do I download my files?
After your payment is confirmed, you can access your digital files from your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. If your order includes a PDF with access links or instructions, please open that file first and follow the included steps.
Please download your files from Etsy.com using a mobile browser or a computer. Digital purchases cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app.
What apps or software do I need?
Software requirements vary by product. Some DigitalKPearls products may use Google Sheets, GoodNotes, OneNote, Canva or a compatible PDF reader. Please check the individual listing description before purchasing to make sure the product is compatible with your device and software.
Can I return or exchange a digital product?
Due to the digital nature of these products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. However, if you experience a problem with your file, please contact me through Etsy Messages and I'll be happy to help.
Can I share, copy, or resell the files?
No. DigitalKPearls products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated in the listing. Files may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or claimed as your own.
