Cancellations

Return/ exchange policy
We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized physical items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in suitable packaging. Customized or personalized items, as well as digital downloads, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and offer either a replacement or a full refund. For customers within the European Union, all transactions are subject to EU consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal for eligible items. Digital products
I purchased a digital item. Where can I find my download? After your payment is confirmed, your digital files will be available to download under your Etsy account in the Purchases and Reviews section. Etsy will also send a confirmation email with the download link.
