If I could give 100/10 stars, I absolutely would! The hats are BEAUTIFUL—honestly even prettier in person. The craftsmanship is incredible, the quality is amazing, and you can tell so much care goes into every detail. What truly sets this shop apart, though, is the kindness of the owner. I reached out hoping (with very little expectation) that my order might arrive in time for a special gift. Not only did she respond almost immediately, but she had already completed the hats and went out of her way to ship them right away. She was so thoughtful, accommodating, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. The kindness/care meant just as much as the product itself!! I cannot recommend this shop enough. Beautiful products, outstanding quality, and clearly an owner with a heart of gold! :)
