What type of products do you sell?
We sell digital downloads only. These are instant-download products — no physical items will be shipped to you.
How will I receive my digital product?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will automatically provide a download link on your "Purchases and Reviews" page. You’ll also receive an email with the download link. If you face any issues, feel free to message us.
Can I return or exchange a digital product?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been downloaded. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing, and reach out if you have any questions before placing an order.
I’m from Europe. Don’t I have a 14-day return right under EU law?
Great question! While EU customers generally have the right to return items within 14 days under consumer protection laws, this right does NOT apply to digital products once the download has started. By purchasing and downloading a digital item, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived. This is in accordance with EU regulations for digital content.
What if the file is corrupted or doesn’t work?
If you’re having any technical issues — like a corrupted file or trouble opening it — please Message On Etsy immediately. We'll be happy to assist or resend the file if needed.
I didn't receive my file. What should I do?
First, check your email for the download link from Etsy. You can also access your files by going to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Download Files. Still having issues? Send us a message — we’ll make sure you get your product.
Can I resell these digital downloads?
No. Reselling or redistributing our digital products is strictly prohibited. All items are for personal use only.
