During PA school, I struggled to find the most efficient and effective way to take notes. I searched far and wide for a pre-made template, but I couldn't find anything practical and easy to use. Thus, I created my own.

I used google docs because it is easy to edit, share, and accessible from anywhere. Condensing lecture slides into quick reference charts made studying so much easier. It's far less daunting to look at a chart than flip through 135 slides on congenital heart disease ;)

If you are a PA, NP, DO, or MD student, these templates could be your new best friend. I used these charts daily during my clinical rotations, and now, as a PA-C, I still utilize them as quick reference tools.
