5 out of 5 starsThis is an amazing painting. The photos don't do it justice. Its vso colorful and many of the colors shine and glow when the light hits them. I'm looking forward to having many of their pieces on my wall.

Frequently asked questions
How do you make your paintings?
I use only chisels no brushes and throw the paint in different directions with different size chisels. I then top it with 5-6 coats of clear coat for the glossiest shine possible.
How long does it take you to make your paintings?
About a week or so all depends if I need to go to Michaels and pick up more paints then it takes longer.
What materials do you use?
Canvas, acrylic paint, clear paint. The clear paint is applied with a brush everything else is applied with chisels.
What is your inspiration?
My inspiration is 60’s psychedelic and garage rock album covers and songs.
What technique do you use?
Using the chisel I throw or fling the paint at different angles, different strengths and different directions to get the paint to splatter in different ways.
Are you influenced at all by Fillmore posters?
Yes I got my first Fillmore poster in 2014 and I have been collecting originals and re issues since. They are one of my favourite things to collect and I find some of my paintings looking like Fillmore posters without me even meaning to make them like that.
How did you come up with your shop name?
I paint on my balcony and as I was splattering paint everywhere surrounded by succulents trying not to hit them with the paint I came up with the name Succulent Splatters.
Why might there be dirt in some of the paintings?
As you may notice some of these pieces have dirt stuck in them. Some have none some have a little and some have a lot it all depends what the weather was like as they were drying on my balcony. However in my opinion it makes the pieces more unique and it shows no matter how bright and well things are going things can always get rough and go against the grain but we can still shine through.
