Do the cross stitch patterns come printed on the fabric?
No the pattern is not printed on Aida fabric. It is counted cross stitch. I do provide everyone with a color printed pattern and set of instructions that are very easy to understand.
How fast is the shipping?
Making your order takes 2-3 days. In the US, shipping usually takes 3-5 days. If it is international shipping, it will take roughly 4-8 weeks. It is a slow process for outside of the US. I apologize for that.
what includes in each cross stitch kit? what if some parts are missing?
Cross stitch pattern, cross stitch instruction, needle, fabric, floss and hoop. All the packages are putting together by myself I usually double check everything in it. But if it is something missing, please contact me, I will take care of it right away.
I have no experience with cross stitch before, can I still get your kit to learn it?
Yes, absolutely! It includes a step by step instruction of cross stitch. A lot of buyers from my shop actually are new to cross stitch. Also, if you are short of any thread, aida fabric, needle, I could mail you for free if you are in the US. Feel free to contact me via ETSY message I am willing to answer your questions.
I have trouble tracking my international shipping.
Thanks for purchasing from overseas. Etsy uses Asendia facility for international shipping. Here is how you track it. Click status, if you can see Customs ID, then you copy that number on https://www.17track.net/ to track it. However, if you don't see Customs ID, send me a message on etsy, I am willing to track your package for you.
