what happens if the buyer does not provide correct shipping address ; and does not respond to the sellers messages through Easy conversation/ chat? What does the buyer do if he/she wants to return the item?

1. a) Since free shipping is provided on all the items, the buyer has to bear the shipping charges in case of any returns.
b) Free shipping will not be provided on any exchanged items. Buyer has to pay for both return shipping and exchange shipping.
