What is the shelf life for these products?

Most of the products in our shop are oil based. This allows for our products to have an advantage of having longer shelf lives. However, a minimum of three years of usage is recommended. The products should be kept away from direct sunlight.

My hair custard feel very solidified. Specially during winters, what can I do about that?

Due to the nature of the ingredients there is a possibility that the hair custard might harden a little, if you want a runny texture you can quickly heat the required quantity for a couple of seconds(not at very high temperature).
