Can I return the digital product that I purchased?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for digital products as you receive an instant download at the time of your purchase. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to your purchase.
What app do you recommend for digital planning?
You will need a separate PDF annotation app to use the planner. We recommend Goodnotes app on the iPad with an Apple pencil, or Penly app and an S pen for Android users.
Why aren't the hyperlinks working?
To make sure the hyperlinks work in Goodnotes, make sure you are on 'read only' mode.
If you're already on "read only" mode and the hyperlinks are still not working, try re-importing the planner into Goodnotes and make sure the Goodnotes app is up to date.
