From Paper to PDF - A Pattern Maker's Journey
My journey began with paper, a pencil, and a ruler. I studied fashion design and pattern making — first in college, then at university, where I gained a strong foundation and a deep passion for my craft.
After graduation, I was invited to teach at a fashion school in Kharkiv. A few years later, I opened my own school, where I trained students in pattern drafting and garment construction. Unfortunately, due to the war, the school’s work is currently on hold.
Pattern making has always been at the heart of my professional life. At first, I worked exclusively on paper, but over time — and with the challenges of relocation and distance work — I began learning digital pattern-making software. This allowed me to continue working with my loyal clients remotely, and to transform my patterns into convenient, easy-to-use PDF files.
That’s how this Etsy shop was born — as a result of years of experience, adaptation, and love for the craft. Each pattern here is designed with care, tested for accuracy, and made to help you bring your creative ideas to life.
