The seller advised me of that, so I can't fault them for their communication. The person I bought if for will still love it, but it's really not what I thought I would get when I clicked to buy.

2 out of 5 starsThis is a cheap throw which has a print on it that‘resembles the one that the seller is holding in the picture. The quality is like a throw that you might find in a bin at Walmart. I could have gotten the real throw for the money I paid at other stores here in the USA. In summary, this purchase is a real disappointment. Also the seller claims that the throw is quilted which is truly not the case.

Custom and personalized orders
If your order isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help! Please message us within 14 days of receiving your package and include:
– Your order number
– Clear photos or videos of the issue (close-up if needed)
– For sizing problems, include a ruler or tape measure in the photo
– For missing items, please show us the packaging with the shipping label
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll offer a solution — usually a free replacement or full refund.
Custom and personalized orders
Since each shirt is carefully made just for you, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind or customer error. But don’t worry — if something is clearly wrong on our end (such as the wrong item sent, an embroidery error, or visible damage caused during production or shipping), we’ll take full responsibility. You’ll be offered a free replacement or a full refund, no questions asked. Please keep in mind that slight variations (up to 20%) in color, placement, or stitching style are natural in handmade items and not considered defects.
Custom and personalized orders
We get it — sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it. If you want to change the design or image after it’s been submitted, a small $5 design change fee will apply to cover editing and setup time. If you cancel after we've already begun processing the embroidery, we will refund the rest of your payment, but keep 70% of the design fee as a service charge.

If you’ve made a small mistake — like entering the wrong address or changing your mind about the design — don’t worry! We accept changes within 2 hours after the order is placed. Just send us a quick message. However, once your order has been packed and given a tracking number, we won’t be able to make further changes. We hope you understand — everything moves fast here so your shirt can reach you quickly!
Custom and personalized orders
Every embroidered shirt we make is stitched with heart, care, and attention to detail. Once you place an order, we begin preparing your item within 1–2 business days. For customers in the United States, your package usually arrives within 3–5 business days after shipping. For international orders, delivery may take anywhere from 10 to 28 business days, depending on your country and local customs. If you're in the U.S. and need faster delivery, please send us a message — we’re happy to check if an expedited option is possible. At the moment, we’re unable to offer express international shipping.
